We provide quality Supported Living services, to young people who require assistance in gaining their independence. We offer vulnerable children the opportunity to live independently in a supported environment. With support staff in matters such as managing their own tenancy, finances, maintaining access to the community and other aspects that contribute towards building their future.

WHY CHOOSE
VISION SUPPORT
We have 30 years in house combined experience in supporting young people with a range of needs, including care leavers, young offenders, and unaccompanied asylum seeking young people. To effectively achieve our vision we provide bespoke support for young people and ensure they meet their outcomes. Vision Support work closely with local authorities, parents and other multi agencies, this also helps us to develop tailored packages of support to meet the needs of individual young people.

Our company recognises the benefit for young people to experience mentoring, support and guidance from adults in developing their own independence skills and self-reliance.

OUR SERVICES

We have the capacity and resources to accommodate all young people from all backgrounds. We offer accommodation and support on both long and short term basis in shared houses.

We operate on 24 hours and 7 days a week basis all year round.

Our company have and will continue to grow an accommodation portfolio consisting of 3 to 4 bedrooms houses providing a safe environment for young people.

EMERGENCY PLACEMENT SERVICE

In addition to this we offer an emergency placement service with our out of hours service we are able facilitate and accommodate young people who are experiencing difficult circumstances and are in immediate need of a safe, warm and welcoming place to stay until either a return home is feasible or a planned move to an alternative placement can be arranged.
